Today was a very draining day of doing a lot of research. It’s not over yet either, more work is still ahead for the rest of the evening. I had to take a break or else I would have gone insane! My mom had given me a box of a Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie mix so I made that.

I also stopped by the market and bought a few fruits. So pretty!

I also bought something because I have been craving something like crazy this summer and they can get costly…I got a blender to make smoothies! It even comes with a travel lid to make and go. Sweet!

Dinner today was a sort of caesar salad…well okay not really. I had romaine lettuce with a couple of garlic parmesan, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, my basil pepper chicken and a mini garlic toast. Quick and yummy!
