I am back in Massachusetts after a lovely weekend at home, despite the food allergies. My brother is heading to college this weekend so it was sad to say goodbye. He is all grown up now and I kind of feel like he is my child. But I know he will do well. I woke up super early yesterday morning, which was odd, but I turned on Larry’s light at 8:00am. He was kinda mad at me because apparently he wakes up at 11:00am. Whoops!
Sunday was day two of wheat, corn and peanut free living. I had Van’s Wheat and Gluten Free French Toast Sticks with almonds, bananas and a drizzle of maple syrup. It was really good and I didn’t have a headache/migraine or feel tired after. My stomach and digestion has been a bit better but I’ll know more next week when it’s not that “time.”
For lunch I had a turkey sandwich with EnerG Light Bread with kettle cooked chips and a peach. No picture sorry, but I made Allan a yummy dessert of some cupcakes I made. It was a dark and white chocolate chocolate chip cupcake topped with vanilla ice cream, light whip and a Newman’s Own Orange Dark Chocolate square.
At least I can still make some fun desserts for others but I am going to have to try to find Nutritiously Sweet ideas for myself naturally. I have been thinking and researching many ideas so I have a feeling one will be coming within a week! If you haven’t already, check out my YouTube review of DAMY Health Program and Tone It Up. Both are great programs, but see which one I found most affective for myself. Please feel free to email me any questions about them at sabrinacl88@gmail.com.
Wheat, corn and peanut feel groceries post coming soon!
