3 P’s = Perfect Protein Pancakes!

Today was just one of those crazy days at work. I am totally glad it’s over but it did start off quite yummy! I had TrulyJess’s protein pancakes with my “baked” apple topping, drizzle of maple syrup and some sliced almonds. This meal actually held me for about 4 hours which is very rare for me. I usually get hungry after an hour or so but not with these pancakes. These babies are definitely going to be a new addition to my menu. You should really try them out!

Lunch today was quite unconventional again as I have a ton of grapes I need to eat up. I made a banana strawberry smoothie from half a frozen banana, 1/4 cup of So Delicious coconut milk and 1 container of Stonyfield 0% fat yogurt in strawberry. I also had some grapes, a light string cheese and reduced fat Cape Cod kettle cooked chips. Yummy!

Dinner tonight was a nice juicy burger with chopped spinach and sandwiched between half a brown rice wrap with a few fries. Beef…it’s what was for dinner!

Dessert was a couple of squares of Lindt dark chocolate. You know I must have my dark chocolate.

I have a few pumpkinish recipes coming within the next few days. I’m working on one for tomorrow in the kitchen and posting another online. Be sure to check it out!
