Allan made me a “gift certificate” to go to the gluten-free store.

This is where I found the millet and flax bagels. I got some more bagels and found this Pure Natural’s bar in dark chocolate and almond. Now, I think Odwalla’s  Choco-walla tastes like a brownie, but this bar really tastes like one. The rest of the flavors either have peanuts or walnuts, which I cannot have.

This whole week, I had the only craving for blueberry muffins. I went back to the supermarket that had the cinnamon roll oatmeal on sale, picked up another one as well as a “muffin” style instant oatmeal in blueberry! Here is an up close:

 Of course you know what I made, right? Oatmeal breakfast squares! These really taste like a blueberry muffin square bar type thing. If that makes sense.

I also got Cliff bar in white chocolate macadamia nut, my favorite! And some almonds and elbow pasta, to change up from spaghetti style. For snack after breakfast, I munched on a Honey Graham Cliff kid’s bar and a McIntosh apple. So delicious and this my favorite non-chocolate flavor cliff kid’s bar.

For my late lunch, I decided to make another chicken pizza. This is the same as the one from before but I used broccoli instead of spinach. I think I like the broccoli better than the spinach on this one. The recipe is coming this weekend!

Today was just a low key day. Just trying to prepare for next week, study, get my workout in and attempt to relax. I don’t think I succeded at the relaxing part. For dinner I made some homemade mac and cheese. It was super easy to do and is a better alternative than buying the proccessed store bough brands. This recipe will also be coming this weekend as well.

For an evening sweet, I enjoyed a few squares of Hershey’s dark chocolate. There is no better combo than chocolate and cheese.

Lot’s of meal ideas coming for the weekend. Sweet stuff are coming soon during the Thanksgiving holiday. I’m still stressed out about my exam for next week but this weekend I will be studying like a mad woman.
