I woke up this morning totally refreshed for some reason. I don’t know why because I am freaked out about my Anatomy exam tomorrow. I probably shouldn’t even be writing this post. Study Sabrina!!!
I decided to weigh myself and see where I am at a week and a half into this Vegetarian Time’s challenge. Not that I’m looking to lose weight but I’m down 3 lbs! This explains why I feel so energetic and not “weighed down.”
With that, I decided to try on some jeans I got a couple of years ago that are a size 5. They fit just right! These jeans fit when they want to but never felt just right. It just made my day.I thought it was funny that pretty much everything I ate for day twelve has a recipe! I love when I have food ready in the fridge or freezer. Makes life much more simple. Especially since all I can think of right now is Anatomy. Yea, I probably should get back to studying. Just a quick update post for you guys. More to come for this week!

Snacks: Greek Yogurt, Almonds & Clementine
Dinner: Veggie Stir-Fry w/ Sugar Snap Peas, Broccoli, Carrots, DAMY’s Cauliflower “Rice,” Brown Rice & Tofu (marinated in olive oil, onion, garlic, salt & pepper)
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Squares
