I woke up this morning totally refreshed for some reason. I don’t know why because I am freaked out about my Anatomy exam tomorrow. I probably shouldn’t even be writing this post. Study Sabrina!!!
I decided to weigh myself and see where I am at a week and a half into this Vegetarian Time’s challenge. Not that I’m looking to lose weight but I’m down 3 lbs! This explains why I feel so energetic and not “weighed down.”
With that, I decided to try on some jeans I got a couple of years ago that are a size 5. They fit just right! These jeans fit when they want to but never felt just right. It just made my day.
I thought it was funny that pretty much everything I ate for day twelve has a recipe! I love when I have food ready in the fridge or freezer. Makes life much more simple. Especially since all I can think of right now is Anatomy. Yea, I probably should get back to studying. Just a quick update post for you guys. More to come for this week!

Breakfast: Blueberry “Muffin Top” w/ Drizzle of Blueberry Maple Syrup
Lunch: “Kale Chickpea Tofu Burger” w/ Baked Fries
Snacks: Greek Yogurt, Almonds & Clementine
Dinner: Tomato Basil Soup w/ Basil Mozzarella Flat-bread
Dessert: Chocolate Chocolate-Chip “Ice Cream”

Lunch: Tomato Basil Soup w/ Basil Mozzarella Flat-bread & Mini Cesar Salad
Snacks: Greek Yogurt, Almonds & Clementine
Dinner: Veggie Stir-Fry w/ Sugar Snap Peas, Broccoli, Carrots, DAMY’s Cauliflower “Rice,” Brown Rice & Tofu (marinated in olive oil, onion, garlic, salt & pepper)
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Squares
