Guess what? I’m going to be visiting my friend this week and staying in Massachusetts for a couple of days! I am so excited to head on over to New England again. What can I say, I just absolutely love it there.
I wanted to buy a few missing things for the week as well as for the trip. You’ll never guess what I spotted in the supermarket? Nature’s Path Crunch granola bars! I never expected to find these babies in the supermarket. Can you guess which one I bought?
Of course it just had to be the Apple Pie Crunch granola bar. I have been anxious to try the Apple Crumble Love Crunch. To this day I still haven’t found it and I really want to try it! Uhh, a little help here Nature’s Path?
And to think, I was just heading there to grab a few things for the week. Some bananas, apples, yogurt, crunchy granola bars and freshly squeeze natural almond butter.
I got about 6 servings (2 tsps) in this container, which comes out to about $0.30 a serving. I’ve been on a nut kick these past few days. I dream in cashews and almond butter.
Moving on to the Nature’s Path crunchy granola bars. The stats? 190 calories for two bars at 3 grams of both fiber and protein. It’s also low sodium and is made with chia seeds, which provides you with some healthy Omega-3′s. Look at that beautiful wrapper waiting to be opened. Waiting for the crunchy goodness inside to be devoured.
When I first opened it and saw the size, I wasn’t too happy. The wrapper made it look bigger than it really was. It was smaller than the Cascadian Farm’s Almond Butter crunchy granola bars. But the smell, HIT me like a delicious homemade apple pie. And the taste!
Oh my gosh, pure apple heaven. Even though the size wasn’t up to my standards, it was so worth it! I even spread a little of the almond butter on it. De-freaking-licious! Is that even a word?
All in all, I really enjoyed this crunchy granola bar. I can’t wait to try out the other flavors. I didn’t buy it on sale because when I saw apple I immediately thought “oh yes now I can curb Apple Love Crunch craving.”
It was $3.69, about $0.74 per pack. Not too bad if I may say so myself. You can spend way more in the vending machines or café and at least you know it’s a healthy snack. Usually when it’s on sale it’s $2.99. I’ll be waiting! Mr. Herc will be my witness.
Question: Have you ever tried any Nature’s Path products?
I absolutely love their MMMaple Pecan granola bar, Hemp-Plus Instant Oats and Berry Strawberry granola bar.

They look/sound good…are they gluten free? Which supermarket did you find them at? Based on the shelving I’m going to guess Fairway?

Lol! How did you know? Yea I got them from Fairway but they are not gluten-free. The only concern would be with oats but since I just have a mild wheat allergy, I can have it in moderation with no issue

The green wire rack shelves gave it away. But too bad they aren’t gluten free. They look good.
