Another Wednesday means another What I At Wednesday! It’s also another show and tell of my Saturday eats. For some reason Saturday has become my WIAW day but next week will be a WIAW birthday style. Any who, if you don’t know what WIAW is, check it out at Peas and Crayons.For breakfast I made a blueberry “muffin top” and banana but with a little twist. I did go a bit different and topped it with almond butter. But what I made it with made it taste more like an actual muffin. You’ll just have to wait til Friday to find out what I put in it.Snacks was another bar-made-into-balls, Chobani Champions in Honey-nana and an apple. You may notice that it’s in a container and sliced. It’s also not brown. Why is that? I experimented and tried to coat the apple slices in pineapple juice since I don’t like the taste of lemon juice. The results? It was super delicious and made it taste like a real “pine-apple.” Plus, it makes eating on the go or at work much easier. Oh and what is the bar I tried? You’ll have to wait and find that one out on Friday as well! Hint? It has to do with blueberry too!
Dinner was a basil and mozzarella flatbread (with extra cheese) and some raspberry beer. Beer and pizza? Awesome combo, I must say. Plus while watching Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance? Dessert? Any guesses? Of course, some chocolate mousse appears for this week. Ahh, it was the perfect night.Question: What makes your night perfect? Dinner and a movie? Beer? Sweets?
All of the above would make a perfect night, plus some more sweets on the side would be even better.
