Can you believe it’s already July? Where did the time go! I start classes next week, which means my month and a half break is almost over.
Oh well, it must be done, right? This week is a bit all over the place for me. Hopefully everything goes smooth and I’m not pulling my hair out by the end of the week. I think that might hurt just a bit.
Finally a meal planning post. Since I have been traveling or doing clean eating weeks, the planned menus haven’t been quite consistent. But fear not, they have returned! Here are the planned eats for this week.
I do have other meals that I could eat like beef and black bean stew or the lasagna I got. But for now, here is what I know I will eat this week (using some recycled pictures, hehe):
Breakfast:
Vanilla Almond Granola w/ Banana & Coconut Milk
