Tuesday was my first day of class. I must say, at first it was a bit boring but it got really interesting. We were talking a lot about blood and even talked a lot about anemia. In two weeks we are going to talk more about the digestive system and nutrition, which I cannot wait for. During my break, I had my “lunch/ snack” thing.
You’ll see more of this weird meal for next week’s What I Ate Wednesday. After class, it was time to go to New York. Say what? Yes, I had to take care of a few things and needed to go earlier. I packed my road goodies and headed out at around 3:30pm.
Luckily traffic wasn’t so bad and the weather was beautiful. Pardon my reckless picture taking-ness.
Now yesterday while I was in New York, I went to the doctor’s, ran some errands, did some reading for class and just hung around.
Lunch was a pretty yummy broccoli, mozzarella, basil and egg white wrap along with a juicy sliced orange.
After lunch and errands, I headed over to my friend’s BBQ before going back to Massachusetts. It was overall and really nice and relaxing day. Well needed to because this crazy week isn’t over just yet!
Question: What type of spontaneous things do you do?
