Happy Saturday everyone! No wait, it’s Sunday. But for some it’s another Saturday because they have Monday off. For some like me, it’s Friday. Oh, look at kitty!Okay, enough with the nonsensical things. I am currently writing this post as I wait for my mom to wake up. She is suppose to go to the gym with me today but she is being a lazy bum. Sorry mom, had to call you out!I got some strange bruises on my biceps the other day and I wasn’t sure where they came from. I looked up said thing online and it said that a blood vessel could have burst from excessive push-ups. Now I don’t ever do excess pushes. Oh wait, I do. Only in yoga.I went to a Vinyasa yoga class on Friday and it kicked my butt. I have never done so many push ups, downward dogs, etc. in my life. I knew my arms were going to be sore, but I had no idea I would burst a blood vessel. I didn’t really notice til yesterday but I didn’t bother to look it up because I only saw it on one side.I did another intense yoga segment for 50 minutes, which didn’t help. Recommended road of recovery? Don’t stress your arms for 48 hours and rest them up. I guess I’ll be focusing on legs this gym day and Monday will be a rest day, right kitty?My family went to Coney Island today to hang out. It’s that “time” of the month for me. I don’t think I’d have much fun at the beach. I opted to stay home bake and catch up with an old friend. Baking is very relaxing for me; puts me in a “zen” mode. I must say, it was an awesome Sunday for me.How about for your? How’s your weekend going?
