I kinda, sort of finished my second time doing Bikini Body. I didn’t keep track of any results or anything because the primary reason for doing it was to get my body back into a workout routine.
But having been sick and slacking in the exercise department, I need to get back on the wagon with something else. I changed my work schedule a couple of weeks ago and since it’s very different from my old one, I’m having a hard time figuring out when to workout.
But I think I finally figured it out. Anywhere you see HIIT cardio, it just means doing intervals with incline and speed on treadmill or using the Arc machine and changing up the intensity level and incline. And all the workouts will range between 35-50 minutes. Just depends on my mood!
Monday: Chest & HIIT Cardio
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: Lower Body/ Abs & HIIT Cardio
Friday: Yoga
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: Shoulders & HIIT Cardio
Onto some fun stuff. I decided to do a little baking for my roomies and coworkers. For our next staff meeting I offered to bring some Nutritiously Sweet “sweets” for Halloween month. I baked up a “pumpkin butter” cheesecake, using this recipe.
Then I went with some chocolate mousse making and put them in shot glasses.
One of my roomies was home, so I gave her a sample of each. She loved the cheesecake! Shh, now I know what to make her.
After my baking extravaganza, I went to the mall yesterday with my roomie. While in Spencer’s I spotted this funny hat. My mom loves cookie monster, so I thought “why not look silly and take a picture?”
Quiet night for me here, just going to do some chemistry reading and possibly a movie? Enjoy your weekend!
