I must confess. It seems like this month is going by so fast. It’s already the 21st and there are only 10 days left til Halloween! That means 10 days left of H4H and I’ve have been slacking in the food and workout department.I’ve been a. eating too many sweets and cookies. Thank goodness for the good stats in one cookie, right? And b. I have only been working out about 4 days a week. Some may say that’s great, but for me I feel optimal when I go 5-6 times a week. I just haven’t felt it. At. ALL.But now that I have a new workout plan set in place (I should have called it October-November workout plan), I think it will help me get back on track. Things have just been different trying to adjust to a new workout schedule, school and overall life (though I won’t get into detail about that one).Kitty has been very rambunctious as of late. He just makes me smile and I so don’t know what I’d do without his cute little face in my life.Sunday plans? Getting myself to the gym and also going to the supermarket for a few items. I’m going to be doing some spinach smoothies/ omelets as I haven’t been getting all my veggies in! No bueno.
Question: I know this is a silly question but, how do you manage to get in all your veggies?
