Whoa this week is flying, where does the time go? It’s the second week of the semester for me. Any who, let’s not waste another second. Here are some of my day by day eats and be sure to check out Peas and Crayons for more WIAW goodness. Enjoy! Saturdays are for protein pancakes; well any day is for protein pancakes really. Sundays are reserved for brunch. I made some eggs for my brother and I. We had a kick ass total body sweat sesh this weekend. I had a turkey and light Swiss omelette with some grapes and almonds on the side. I don’t remember the last time I had an omelette that was so delicious!And reserved for honey and cinnamon lattes, naturally.And for sauna breaks, the real 180 degree sauna kind.Mondays are for Starbucks fuel.And for Whole Foods feasting.And lastly, Greek yogurt (x’s two) for Tuesday munching.Question: What are YOU eating today?
