Past Things: Pancakes, Coffee and Sweets

Starting the day off like this literally puts me in a happy place.And getting in a good training sesh.Since I have been training more, I haven’t been around the blog world much. But fear not, I am still around. Just need a little break from time to time.Still eating delicious meals. Still enjoying some “healthier” treats.¬†Like a cut up dark chocolate protein bar, added raspberries, natural peanut butter and chia seeds.
