I first started with DAMY Health in June of 2010. I had been at a plateau for about 4 months and didn’t know what else to do. Through vigorous research I found DAMY Health. I am considering trying the Fat Blaster because I have around 10 lbs. to lose. I am 61 years old and I ride a bike 10 miles 5 days a week and swim 3 days around 30 laps and cannot lose weight. Would I be able to handle the exercise in this book? And can you tell me a little about what you would eat for each meal?

I’ve been really considering doing either the Bikini body program or the method program and yours was the most helpful I found! What would yuo recommend I do? I’ve lost about 40 pounds but want to lost a lot more inches and ‘tone up’ my stomach; I have a ton of experience is working out.

Thanks!!! I would def recommend the Bikini Body for you as it is a bit more intense and what you want right now to achieve was what I did when I did bikini body! I had already lost weight and exercised a ton. So the BB would be an excellent program since you just want to tighten and tone up (and it helps that you have experience with workouts

Its depends! But they range from 30-an hour
