This one is a bit special because I am writing it you from my trip to New York. <a href="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-5531" alt="wiawphotobutton" src="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg?w=645"   /></a>Don&#8217;t worry, I&#8217;m not driving, I am taking the <a href="https://www.boltbus.com">Bolt Bus</a>!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_110431_zps73882b3d.jpg" width="336" height="252" /> I don&#8217;t want to keep putting millage on my car. Plus my mom is visiting Beantown this week, so I will drive back to MA with her. <strong>Win, win!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_122652_zps7c8c9182.jpg" width="252" height="336" /></strong>Before I get into anything you have to see yesterday&#8217;s breakfast. <em>Can we say delicious?</em> This is so simply to make too; 1/4 Cup of Oats, 1 1/2 Tbsps of Nature&#8217;s Path Q&#8217;ia Cereal (or chia seeds), 2/3 Cup of Milk, 1 tsp of Maple Syrup. <em>Let this part sit overnight. <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130618_094257_zpsc32f1b8e.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></em>In the morning microwave for about 2 mins then top with banana, cranberries and a sprinkle more Q&#8217;ia or chia seeds. Even today&#8217;s was quite yummy, I didn&#8217;t top it with chia seeds, but I topped with with crushed almonds and pistachios. <em>My, oh, my!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_092245_zpsbdf3ff06.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></em>Lunch for my trip was a sandwich with grilled chicken &amp; asparagus and light Cabot cheddar cheese. It make sound strange maybe, but it&#8217;s so good. <strong>Definitely will repeat.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_092326_zps5b180367.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></strong><em>Snacks for my trip? Grapes and Nuts!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_115536_zps9b5b52ed.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></em>Since you won&#8217;t see my dinner for tonight, let&#8217;s show you last nights dinner. As you can see, it&#8217;s in a container! Getting back on that meal planning wagon. I had grilled chicken and asparagus (marinated with olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper) and rice.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130618_133741_zps703cbd47.jpg" width="336" height="252" />Desserts have pretty much been either a half a bowl of my breakfast oats or more nuts and chocolate. Like you probably couldn&#8217;t have guessed the chocolate part. <em>Oh, Sabrina.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130619_115309_zps7926f931.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></em><strong>Question:</strong> What&#8217;s something that you eat that comes as a &#8220;SHOCKER&#8221; to people? Yes, I am being sarcastic. Almonds, chocolate and oats and shocking things I eat. And what?</p>

I haven&#8217;t been the best blogger, but I hope y&#8217;all just bear with me. My training schedule for work has been crazy. I&#8217;ve mostly been working nights, <em>so I am quite tired.</em> But when I can, I manage a workout or two, even at 1:00am!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130618_000738_zpsf27d7fd9.jpg" width="252" height="336" /><em>You guys are awesome at being patient with me</em>. Totally appreciate it. Like this weird picture I forgot to show you from Saturday. My friends and I went to an art festival in downtown Beverly, MA. <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130615_123200_zps637eab30.jpg" width="336" height="252" />Free <a href="http://www.yasso.com/">Greek froyo</a>? Yes please! So that&#8217;s the weird white thing you see.<strong> It was yummy.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130615_123356_zpsac4580b9.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></strong>I promise myself I need to get better with meal planning. I seriously just have to stop being a, <em>pardon my french,</em><strong> lazy ass mofo.</strong> I bought some asparagus from Trader Joe&#8217;s. <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130617_185435_zps67b16cbe.jpg" width="336" height="244" />I really didn&#8217;t care for the flavor, but I am just going to heat it up and &#8220;pan fry it&#8221; in some olive oil and garlic. <em>That should do the trick. </em>And I&#8217;ve been making my own trail mix; bought some <strong>chips, crans and the cashs</strong>. <em>Mmm, love this combo.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130618_013044_zpsa7303e69.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></em>I also gotta stop with the dairy. I just feel icky, but oh my gosh, why is dairy so good? I had this pomegranate Greek yogurt with blackberries and the Q&#8217;ia cereal. Damn, it was tasty!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130616_143042-1_zpsd38f127a.jpg" width="336" height="330" />I hope everyone is doing well! I am finishing this post to you at 2:00am&#8230; only four more days until my birthday! 				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Today is Friday; I am suppose to be off but I have to work later. </em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">It&#8217;s only for a few hours and I can workout after my shift. But I did want to dress up a bit while I ran my errands. I feel like I&#8217;ve been wearing Planet Fitness gear all week. Well, that&#8217;s because I have, ha.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_093339_zps3673ecde.jpg" width="252" height="336" />I went to run a few errands; bank, supermarket, the usual. I stopped by Walmart to grab some air fresher for my car. <em>Unfortunately it smells like Mr. Hercules, sigh.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_132813_zpse29a6d1e.jpg" width="246" height="336" /></em>I also got some non-foodie things; hairspray, 2-1 shampoo and conditioner (which I only use in the summer) and some redness reducer face wash. This scrub is my favorite and only used in the summer too because my face gets <strong>red.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_162857_zps46f87bce.jpg" width="336" height="252" /></strong>From the supermarket, I got a lot of dairy apparently. I like to avoid dairy because A. I am lactose intolerant (but low-fat kinds and yogurt aren&#8217;t too terrible) and B. it&#8217;s bloating factor. But I needed some quick snacks that <em>are not trail mixes. </em>I&#8217;ve over-trailed it!<em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_144403_zps89921853.jpg" width="336" height="244" /></em>I munched on the Wallaby (<a title="Ooo La La" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/06/10/oh-la-la/">with Q-ia!</a>) while I did some meal prepping.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_154305_zpsd17f7703.jpg" width="336" height="252" /><em>My gawsh</em>. I totally said meal prepping. Today I am trying to get back into it, even if its just packing fruit, nuts and a cheese wrap. I have to start somewhere. I haven&#8217;t meal prepped much in months. <strong>No lie.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130614_162921_zpsdd5d0fa1.jpg" width="336" height="241" /></strong>And lastly, who can forget? Coffee. Non-fat latte&#8217;s with some raw sugar added. <em>Heaven.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130612_092320_zpse91c8ca6.jpg" width="336" height="248" /></em>Hope everyone has an awesome weekend. I will be working both days but going home soon! <p style="text-align:center;">It seems like Wednesday always comes super fast. I want to share with you my yummy eats over the past few days. Enjoy!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/wiawsensiblesnackingbutton_zpsa0354e1d.jpg" width="312" height="179" />Breakfasts have been the <a title="GF Coconut Breakfast “No-Bake” Cake" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/09/gf-coconut-breakfast-no-bake-cake/">cake again</a> but this time I added 1 Tbsp of the<a title="Ooo La La" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/06/10/oh-la-la/"> Q&#8217;ia cereal</a>. <em>Mmm!</em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130608_090818_zps217f1196.jpg" width="384" height="288" />For snacks I do a trail mix for my first snack and some type of fruit for my second.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130610_135538_zps5f423beb.jpg" width="384" height="286" />I recreated my favorite lunch from my old job. I roasted chicken and asparagus and had black beans to go with it. <em>Love this combo of things</em>.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130610_132458_zpsde000361.jpg" width="384" height="266" />After work one of the days, I went to the Brazilian place for dinner. It&#8217;s cheap, on the way home and delicious. I had zucchini, rice, beans and bean &#8220;stuffing.&#8221;<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130609_162001_zpsf3c935ab.jpg" width="384" height="288" /><em>Post dinner?</em> Oh yes, <a title="Ooo La La" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/06/10/oh-la-la/">more chocolate cherry trail mix</a> from Whole Foods. I mixed it with pumpkin seeds and took out the peanuts. I think I am addicted. Oh well,<em> no shame here.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130610_095742_zps793c0268.jpg" width="389" height="292" /></em><strong> Question:</strong> What are you currently addicted too?</p>

All you will need is the following:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:1.4;">1/4 cup of your favorite regular or Greek yogurt <em>(I used Stonyfield vanilla soy)</em></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:1.4;">1 1/2 Tbsps of Q&#8217;ia <em>(or just chia seeds)</em></span></li>
<li>2-3 Tbsps of Quick Oats</li>
<li>2-3 Tbsps of Your Choice Milk (<em>I used vanilla soy)</em></li>
<li>2 tsps of Pure Maple Syrup (<em>optional or save for topping)</em></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:center;">Mix the ingredients well together. If it seems to liquidy, don&#8217;t worry! The chia seeds will absorb the moisture. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.  If you want, you can even add more yogurt or soy to get it to a more pudding consistency before you eat it in the morning.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">I usually add 1-2 Tbsps of extra. When your ready to eat it for breakfast you can drizzle some maple syrup if you&#8217;d like or top with hemp seeds, dried fruit or <em>whatever</em> your heart desires!</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Question:</strong> Are you a chia fan? Or do you stick with flax seeds? I heard that chia seeds are better then flax seeds but I haven&#8217;t personally done my research on that. Thoughts?</p>

First day of work too. I&#8217;m pretty excited but nervous at the same time. <em>New can always bit a bit scary.</em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130606_133021_zps18b6e53b.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Oh and I forget to mention I went to lunch with one of my good friends and her daughter. We went to <a href="www.burtonsgrill.com">Burton&#8217;s Grill</a> and split a gluten-free pizza and a salad. <strong>So good!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130605_122029_zpsb8dea917.jpg" width="410" height="307" /></strong>When I go to the mall, I always go to Godiva.<b> Tradition.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130605_125521_zps32b441c9.jpg" width="384" height="512" /> </b>Every time I take a little road trippy to New York, <em>I always find this in my hands. </em>I promise I wasn&#8217;t driving when I took this picture. <strong>Scouts honor.</strong><em><br />

But if you remember the <a title="WIAW #53: Oh The Places You Will Go" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/06/04/wiaw-53-oh-the-places-you-will-go/">WIAW</a> post there was a strange location in this image below.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130603_170235_zps5a1af303.jpg" width="384" height="288" />You guessed it&#8230; it&#8217;s a kitchen Massachusetts. Yes, I am back in the North Shore. Who, what, when, why is probably on your mind right about now. As you know I went back to New York because I was just too sick to take care of myself and my parents felt it would be better if I went home. <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130603_110050_zpsf5f259a4.jpg" width="384" height="288" />But now I am feeling strong and I decided a month ago to apply to some programs for my school a couple of months ago and see if any would work. One started in July and I wanted to do it, but I wasn&#8217;t sure what to say to my parents or what to do about my job <em>(which is now my ex-job)</em>.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_090112-1_zpsbe0060ca.jpg" width="203" height="384" />I told my mom in early May about my plan and then I spoke to my dad during our trip to <a title="Baltimore Bliss" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/24/baltimore-bliss/">Baltimore</a>. My mom and I talk more, so hence why she knew sooner. I found this awesome place in late May and couldn&#8217;t pass up. <a title="Massachusetts Day-Venture (Part Two)" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/20/massachusetts-day-venture-part-two/">When I came to Boston</a>, I visited the house and I fell <strong>in love</strong> with it.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_091541_zpsa8f14090.jpg" width="384" height="288" />The people living in it are simply awesome. They are so loving and caring. Here is the view from one side from my room. <em>Just so crisp, calm and refreshing.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130606_102955_zps4b704a97.jpg" width="288" height="384" /></em> It&#8217;s very hard to meet genuinely nice people but now I have and it brings a smile to my face to have new friends. They even made me &#8220;welcome home&#8221; dinner. <em>It was delish!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130603_204521_zps8efaab46.jpg" width="410" height="256" /></em>So made them some <a title="Chocolate Mousse Gone Wild!" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2012/01/19/chocolate-mousse-gone-wild/">chocolate mousse</a>.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_171653_zps5ded688b.jpg" width="384" height="286" />There is even a cute little pet on the outside. Doesn&#8217;t Tiger look just like Hercules?<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130605_203520_zpsc656f7eb.jpg" width="288" height="384" />I even got had an interview with <strong>this</strong> place on Wednesday and it went <strong>really well.</strong><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_100138_zpsc3e285e7.jpg" width="384" height="288" />So well that I got a call and&#8230; I got the job! I am super excited! Ya&#8217;ll know I just love Planet Fitness and love the gym.<em> It&#8217;s a win-win situation.</em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130606_133021_zps18b6e53b.jpg" width="384" height="288" />My life is like a gyspy; it&#8217;s random and forever changing. But I honestly wouldn&#8217;t have it <em>any other way. </em><strong>However,</strong> this time around I think this gypsy is going to stay at her post for quite some time.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">You won&#8217;t guess where I am? That&#8217;s right, I am in Massachusetts. <em>Of course, New England is always calling.</em> For this<a href="http://www.peasandcrayons.com/"> WIAW</a>, I show you some eats I have been grubbin&#8217; on. But before we do that I wanted to talk about something that may be on your mine. <em>Why are you seeing wheat?</em><a href="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg"><img class="aligncenter" alt="wiawphotobutton" src="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg?w=203&#038;h=202" width="203" height="202" /></a>Well to be honest and this is the <strong>honest truth;</strong> I just haven&#8217;t been hungry for anything. So the only thing I manage to eat is a sandwich that someone prepares for me. <em>How does my stomach feel?</em> Most of the times, it&#8217;s okay and I try to stick to sourdough or not to whole wheat bread (less bran for digesting). I know it probably not the best thing but I wanted to show you that <em>I am human.</em><img class="aligncenter" style="font-weight:bold;color:#888888;font-size:12px;" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130602_141355_zps230bb91b.jpg" width="384" height="288" /></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">It&#8217;s just that I have been all over the place, [even the post is all over] and these eats will show you so. Non-the-less they are delicious. Oh, I had to share with you some yummy vanilla froyo with blackberries and almonds with my mom while we were at the mall. <em>Who can pass up some froyo?</em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130602_142026_zpscdf4e4ad.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Now for breakfasts, I have been doing this awesome WholeFoods find from <a href="www.naturespath.com">Nature&#8217;s Path</a>; Qi&#8217;a! <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130603_164415_zpsaaf7df59.jpg" width="384" height="288" />It&#8217;s a delicious gluten-free superfood cereal and I&#8217;ve mix it into my breakfast <a title="GF Coconut Breakfast “No-Bake” Cake" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/09/gf-coconut-breakfast-no-bake-cake/">cakes</a>. The <a href="http://us.naturespath.com/qia">stats are awesome,</a> you just really have to check it out. I tried out the cranberry vanilla in store and fell in love. And it has 15% of iron, which is perfect for <strong><a title="You Said I’m What?" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2012/06/03/you-said-im-what/">my anemic behind</a>.</strong><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_083237_zpscfba802d.jpg" width="384" height="287" />For snacks, <em>I couldn&#8217;t resist picking up on of these bad boys.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130603_170235_zps5a1af303.jpg" width="384" height="288" /></em>And how bout my lunch today? My friend and I went for Brazilian. <strong>My, oh, my! </strong>But I think I am the only one who eats Vegetarian style at a specialty meat BBQ place.<strong><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_135538_zps20e29924.jpg" width="384" height="288" /></strong>Other snacks have included bananas, apples, pears, nuts/seeds and dark chocolate chips. Nothing too interesting. But so far my favorite meal was this one of a turkey and herb sandwich on sourdough bread with blackberries and yogurt.<em> Mmm, mmm good!</em><strong><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130604_220844_zps43abc89a.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Question: </strong>Do you ever feel being in the blog/ social media world that you have to be perfect? I sometimes feel that but now I am just being me and showing that I am not perfect, I have flaws&#8230; MANY, MANY flaws. But it&#8217;s what makes me, <strong>me</strong>.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:center;"><strong><em>I am writing to you today.</em> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Technically I shouldn&#8217;t be because I should be in Atlantic City for the AAAI/ISMA conference. But after working 10 days straight and standing for over 80 hours, hurting my elbow and getting a cold/ flu; my body was just like no. <em>I decided to hang with this guy.</em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/Snapshot_20130529_7_zpsd704f9ac.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Though my mind said yes and I was all packed and ready to go with my snacks, I just couldn&#8217;t. I never felt so much pain and exhaustion in my body. I definitely coffee overdosed this week to try to keep going. I decided to see if the hotel would refund me and <strong>they did.</strong> <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130529_100224_zps773d5ffb.jpg" width="288" height="384" />I&#8217;m pretty sure because they were overbooked and I can retake the exam in the Cape Cod conference which is less then two months away. <strong>Not too shabby. </strong>I&#8217;ve been eating dairy here and there. Listening to my body and of course making sure it&#8217;s only organic. <em>It&#8217;s just me being lazy to cook or think what to eat. </em><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130529_111348_zps78098407.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Look what I found; new <a href="http://chobani.com/products/">Chobani&#8217;s</a>! The pistachio and dark chocolate one is quite delicious. I totally would eat it again. And as for the<a title="Life Changes…Dealing with Food Allergies" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2011/08/22/life-changes-dealing-with-food-allergies/"> walnuts</a> in the other, I will pick them out<em> so don&#8217;t worry.</em> <img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130531_182509_zpsf21ed1f5.jpg" width="384" height="288" /> Also I&#8217;ve been eating <a href="http://www.tastethedream.com/products/category/360.php">Almond Dream</a> non-dairy ice cream from time to time. Since it&#8217;s been hot, I don&#8217;t really want to eat anything except for <strong>cold things.</strong><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130530_203501_zps4d03d682.jpg" width="384" height="280" />And what is this? Well, you will have to stay tuned. <em>So much to tell!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130601_112230_zps9040dfcb.jpg" width="370" height="263" /><strong>Question:</strong> Have you ever had a moment where you just had to say no? Whether it was to your friend, to yourself or anyone? Or maybe to a job or trip?</em></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Gee, I am really trying to be good. I have less then 5 days til the AAAI/ISMA conference and I need to look my best. Unfortunately? &#8220;Mother Nature&#8221; has gotten in my way and<em> I just want chocolate!</em> But I am trying, so here are my eats as I try to be lean and green.<a href="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-5531" alt="wiawphotobutton" src="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/wiawphotobutton.jpg?w=645"   /></a>For breakfasts, I make one and a half servings of<a title="GF Coconut Breakfast “No-Bake” Cake" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/09/gf-coconut-breakfast-no-bake-cake/"> this cake </a>and slice it<em> a la pancake.</em> This had been my go to breakfast. I&#8217;ve just been wanting pancakes <strong>all the time</strong> for some reason.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130527_102347_zps42961925.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Lunches and dinners have been the same just like <a title="WIAW# 51: Same Ole, Same Ole" href="http://nutritiouslysweet.com/2013/05/22/wiaw-51-same-ole-same-ole/">last week</a>. Sometimes a little bit of chicken with black beans and green squash/ zucchini.<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130526_161341_zps245021f7.jpg" width="384" height="248" />Or maybe asparagus with chicken and a couple of bocchinis <em>(little fresh mozzarella balls).<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130527_133246_zps0379438a.jpg" width="384" height="284" /></em>I&#8217;ve gone out a few times this past week and I went to Panera with a friend and had a turkey sandwich on honey wheat bread. It was super delicious!<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e355/Knightmarekitty/20130523_114051_zps92efb460.jpg" width="384" height="288" />Desserts and snacks? Same, same. Trail mixes or fruit<em>. My cup of tea!<a href="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2013/05/935209_662724447074452_1607508794_n.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-9664" alt="935209_662724447074452_1607508794_n" src="http://nutritiouslysweet.files.wordpress.com/2013/05/935209_662724447074452_1607508794_n.jpg?w=300&#038;h=245" width="300" height="245" /></a></em><strong>Question</strong><em>:</em> What&#8217;s your favorite lean and green dish? From this week for me it&#8217;s been roasted chicken and asparagus. I can&#8217;t believe I never tried grilled asparagus, it&#8217;s the BOMB!</p>
